Why the Food Lovers Diet Really Works
If you are like some of the many millions of people who are suffering from being overweight or obese, then you already know it is in your best interest to find a solution, and one that is permanent. Too many of the diets today are based on changes that are short term only and they often result in yoyo dieting, whereby your weight goes up even higher after you stop the diet.
A New Kind of Diet
The Food Lovers Diet is in many ways not a diet at all. You will not be put on a calorie-restricted diet of only a few foods, and you also won’t be forced to eat foods that are sold only by the diet company. The best part of this diet is the fact that when you read the reviews, you see that people are losing weight by eating the food that they have at home, and they are still going out to restaurants and eating healthful meals with friends.
How Does the Food Lovers Diet Work?
The whole trick behind the Food Lovers Diet is that it changes the way that your body reacts to food. So instead of taking those extra calories that you are consuming each day and storing them as fat in your thighs, your stomach, and your hips, it will find a way to utilize those calories. In other words, this program is designed to naturally raise your metabolic rate.
Now, there are pills that you can take that will do this for you, but they are dangerous for people with health problems, plus they are not a permanent answer to your problem. What you really need to do is stop relying on quick fixes and train your body to process food like a skinny person’s might.
Is Exercise Part of the Program?
When you read the reviews for the Food Lovers Diet, one question that you will see commonly asked is if there is a lot of working out that will need to be done. You can choose to work out if you wish (and there is a workout DVD included with this program), but it is certainly not a mandate.
One feeling that a lot of people have about working out and dieting is that when you are on a diet you don’t feel well, you feel weak, and the last thing that you want to do is be active. But when you are on the Food Lovers Diet, the opposite is true. You will have more energy than ever before and the thought of working out won’t seem quite so farfetched.
It goes without saying that if you do exercise, you will burn calories at a much higher rate than if you don’t, and if you are looking for quicker weight loss, then this is the way to go.
How Long Does the Program Take?
Obviously, the amount of time it will take you to reach your weight loss goal will depend on how old you are, if you are a man or a woman, and how much weight you have to lose. The program is designed to create small changes in your diet and your lifestyle within the first 21 days, and during that time you will notice a significant change in the way that you feel and the way that you look. When you read the reviews online for this program, you will see that it is not at all uncommon for people to drop one or two dress sizes during this period of time.
But you should also keep in mind that it probably took you years to put that weight on so you will need to be patient about taking it off. There will be times when you “plateau,” as you would expect in any diet, and during that time you just need to keep doing what you’re doing, knowing that the weight loss will start again soon.
Where Do You Get The Food Lovers Diet?
The Food Lovers Diet is only available online, but you will receive an abundance of products (including the workout DVD) that will show you just how to do it. The good thing is that you can start the very same day your materials arrive, and you won’t need to go out shopping for special foods. In addition, even if you are planning to go out to eat or going to a party, you can still learn to be sensible and adapt your ways to ones that are more in line with your new life.
Is The Food Lovers Diet Guaranteed?
Any diet that isn’t fully guaranteed isn’t worth your time, and that is why there is a full money-back guarantee on the Food Lovers Diet when you buy it online. You can try it out on your own time, try the recipes, do the exercises, and start to make the changes in your life, and if you don’t like the results or you just don’t think that it is for you, you can always return it for your money back.
When you read the reviews for this product, you will see that the biggest selling point is that you can keep on eating your favorite foods, and that really is huge. It means that you won’t have to turn your world upside down (or that of your family, either!) when you want to lose weight. You can keep eating the same old foods but in slightly different ways. Plus, once you have trained your metabolism to go quicker, you will always burn more calories day and night.
Is This Program Safe?
You should talk to a healthcare professional before starting any diet, but this is a considerably safer diet than most that are out there right now. You won’t be limited to an unrealistic number of calories and when you follow the diet properly, you will find that you are eating enough to keep you satisfied and enough to keep you feeling like you are full of energy – but in a natural way.
Is the Food Lovers Diet Right for You?
You already know the risks that go along with being overweight or obese, not to mention the personal pain that it can cause you. Life is too short to go on living in a body that is too big, and now that there is a way for you to really solve this puzzle, you should give it a shot and remember that there is no risk involved.

I am returning this product as it just didn’t work for me or my husband. Not sure why either because we followed the diet religiously. I lost 2 pounds in 3 weeks and have lost weight much better on other diets. My husband lost 3 pounds. Nothing wrong with the diet plan, but it’s just not for us. Sorry!

Hey Cheryl,
I had similar results when I started out. But I later discovered that I had my portions all wrong. For instance, I was converting 2/3 cup into ounces using liquid measurements. This isn’t the same as its weight in grams for dry measurements.
Thankfully, my wife found a post on the food lovers forum that helped me get it right. Since I’ve been using the proper portions, the weight continues to come rapidly each week. A good food scale really help with this.
Here’s the forum post that lists all the proper measurements.
